Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT+1) are processed the next business day.

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.
Overall delivery time is 4–7 business days (processing + transit).

5. Do you ship outside the UK?

Not at the moment. We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

6. How can I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

7. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

8. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds are processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method.

9. Can I exchange an item?

Yes, exchanges are available for different sizes or colors (subject to stock availability).
If the item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.

10. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.
